Frequently Asked Questions

What exactly am I buying?
A single file. It opens in any modern browser — Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge — and runs as a working application. There is nothing to install and no account to create.

Does it need an internet connection?
Only to download it. After that it runs entirely offline, permanently.

Where is my work stored?
In your own browser, on your own device. Nothing is transmitted to us or to anyone else. We cannot see what you write, and we could not retrieve it if you asked. Print or export a copy before clearing your browser data.

Is this a subscription?
No. You buy it once and it is yours. There is no renewal, no expiry, and no service that can be shut down and take your purchase with it.

Can I use it on more than one device?
Yes. The file is yours — put it on as many of your own devices as you like. Your saved work does not travel between them, since it lives in each browser separately.

How is it delivered?
By download link, immediately after your payment clears. If the link does not arrive, check your spam folder, then email support@houseofhannibal.shop and we will send it directly.

Can I get a refund?
Before you download, yes — within 14 days, for any reason. After you download, no. A digital file cannot be returned. The two exceptions we always honor: the file does not work as described, or you were charged in error.

What if it does not open?
Email support@houseofhannibal.shop. We will either fix it or refund you in full.

Is this a productivity system?
No. It is a planning instrument built on campaign method — objective setting, terrain assessment, concentration of force, pre-mortems, structured review. It does not track tasks and it will not motivate you.
