1. Who we are. This store is operated by Henok Haile, a sole proprietor trading as House of Hannibal ("we", "us"). These terms govern your purchase and use of anything sold here.

2. What you are buying. A licence to use a digital file, not ownership of the underlying work. You may use it personally, indefinitely, on as many of your own devices as you like.

3. What you may not do. Resell it, redistribute it, share it publicly, or republish it in whole or in part. Do not remove attribution or present the work as your own. Do not use it to build a competing product.

4. Delivery. Files are delivered by download link immediately after payment clears. If a link does not arrive, check spam, then contact us and we will send it directly.

5. What this is not. Our products are planning and organisational tools. They are not financial, legal, medical, or professional advice of any kind, and they do not guarantee any outcome. You are responsible for your own decisions.

6. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

7. Availability. We may change prices, withdraw products, or update files at any time. Changes do not affect purchases already completed.

8. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States.

9. Changes. We may update these terms. The version published at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to it.
