Refund policy
Digital products — all sales final upon download.
Every product sold by House of Hannibal is a digital file delivered immediately after purchase. Because a digital file cannot be returned once it has been downloaded, all sales are final once the download link has been accessed.
Before you download, you may request a full refund for any reason within 14 days of purchase, provided the download link has not been used. Email support@houseofhannibal.shop with your order number.
After you download, we do not offer refunds. This is not a matter of discretion — it is the nature of the product. Please read the product description in full before purchasing. Each listing states exactly what the file is, what it does, and who it is not for.
Two exceptions, where we will always refund:
- The file does not work. If the product fails to open or function as described in a current version of Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge, contact us and we will either resolve it or refund you in full.
- You were charged in error. Duplicate charges or charges you did not authorize are refunded immediately on request.
